Unlike a lot of other venue dressers Littlemissfavour dress venues on a full time basis and are available to help and discuss your wedding every day of the week.
Step by step process
This is the first meeting where we get to know you, learn about your exciting wedding / occasion, listen to the plans you have made, your themes and colour and discuss your exact requirements. We hold all our consultations upstairs in our large showroom where we have all our hired items on display. We will guide you through the showroom, let you see our vast range of colours and let you touch and feel samples. This is where we sit and tailor your quote to suit your exact requirements for your special day. Should you not be able to climb the stairs we can arrange an out of hours appointment so it is private in the shop below and we will bring the samples down to you.
Customer care pack
After this meeting your booking form will be given to you along with our customer care pack. Inside your pack will be our step by step process, question and answers, contact names and details, terms and conditions and preferred supplier list.
This meeting will be with our creative team members and our flower coordinator if you are having flowers. This is the meeting where we discuss ideas, we ask you to bring photos and designs you like and we start to bring your plans to life. We run through our vast colours samples and match them to your colour and theme and we discuss types of flowers you like.
This is probably the most exciting meeting of all. At this meeting we will dress a table in your colours as we have discussed at our previous meeting and piece together your centrepiece, show you samples of flowers, stationery, balloons and give you both a clear vision and bring your ideas to life. At this meeting we discuss any changes or additions you would like to make. We discuss tie designs for your chair sashes and let you choose your design on the chairs set up.
This again is your table dressed as we have discussed, we show you any changes we have made. we discuss access to your venue, delivery or collection of goods and put the fining touches to your booking.
